Because each order is prepared individually, changes are only possible for a short time after checkout.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@ownvana.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled; our Refund Policy then applies.
Changing an order
Within the same window you can change the shipping address, size, colour or quantity. Send the new details to support@ownvana.com and we will confirm the change by email.
Personalised details
Please review names, dates and uploaded images carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you enter, so spelling or image-quality issues in the details you provide cannot be corrected after production starts.
Refunds for cancelled orders
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.
