How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Orders are made to order with about 5 business days of processing, followed by roughly 10 business days of transit within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the United States on every order.
Can I return or exchange an item, including personalized ones?
Eligible items, including personalized ones, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. We cover the cost of return shipping, and a prepaid label is included in your package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, items may already be in production since they are made to order.
How do I add a name, message or photo to a personalized item?
Select products offer personalization. On those items you can add details such as a name or message, font style, accent color or your photo using the personalization fields shown on the product page.
What materials, sizes and care details apply to a product?
Fabric composition, materials, sizes and care details are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you are ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
