Processing
Processing covers production, quality check and packing. It usually takes up to 5 business days; the shipping estimate starts once the parcel leaves our facility.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS. The carrier is chosen per destination.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to show the first scan. You can also check the Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
