Orders & Personalization

When you place an order, you confirm that the personalization details you provide (names, text, images) are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Because our items are made to order, please double-check your customization before checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible. To request a change, contact us right away at support@ownvana.com.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include the item cost. Standard shipping is free on every US order. The total you see at checkout — item price plus any applicable taxes — is the total you pay, with no hidden fees.
